I applied for a HAM plate. Got letter back stating Application cannot be processed. Reason checked below. NOTHING checked.

So, called and spent 20 minutes waiting for customer service rep. What a misnomer! Girl asked for my name: gave it.

Wanted the EXACT date of the letter. I didn’t remember. She states that she CANNOT help me without the EXACT date of the letter. (In a really snide voice.)

Not happy with DOL’s "customer service." Why the heck do we have a license number if you can’t find anything under it?
